Will my rate be increased?
We are pleased to offer the absolute best rental rate increase policy in the industry that without a doubt saves you money! Your rent is always guaranteed for 12 months. After 12 months your rate only increases if similar units to yours are now renting for more. What this means is that you will never pay more than the current market rate! Nobody even comes close. Don’t ever worry about constant increases or overpaying again.
Do you offer a military and senior discount?
Absolutely. Storewell Self Storage provides an ongoing 10% discount to all active-duty and veteran military personnel and seniors.
Can I pay my bill online?
Yes. Visit our website and click the pay online tab to login to your account where you will be able to make a payment.
Can I set-up autopay?
Yes. Set-up autopay in the office or online by logging into your customer account.
How can I update my account information?
You can update your account information online through our customer portal or stop by the office where a team member will be able to assist.
How do I reserve a unit?
Reserve a unit in the office, over the phone or online. Reservations do not require a deposit.
Are leases month to month?
All leases are month to month. No long-term commitment required.
Do you sell moving supplies?
We offer a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies for purchase.
What do I do when I am ready to move out?
We require a 10-day written notice and you must sign out with the office on move out. For your convenience rent is prorated up to 5 days from your due date.
Do you offer long term storage?
We do offer long term storage and a 10% discount for a one-year commitment.
Can I store a vehicle?
Smaller vehicles may be stored in drive-up units however we do not have outdoor vehicle storage available. Stored vehicles must have proof of current registration.
